These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Nexa Traffic ("Company," "we," "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Nexa Traffic provides SEO services including but not limited to: guest post outreach, backlink building, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and digital PR. The specific services and deliverables are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to you.

2. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate website access, credentials, and information as required
• Make timely payment as per the agreed billing cycle
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your website or business goals
• Review and approve content within 48 hours of submission

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Results & Guarantees

While we work to deliver measurable SEO improvements, search engine rankings are influenced by factors outside our control including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website changes made by the client. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Nexa Traffic remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of complete payment, content ownership transfers to the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including strategies, pricing, and client data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexa Traffic's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
